DR-SOFT®
The powerful and user-friendly software is designed for obtaining static and dynamic radiographic images from various devices, processing them for clear and easy interpretation, measuring linear dimensions, grey level and other digital image parameters, as well as archiving results in a database.
The software fully complies with the DICONDE standard ASTM E2339-21, allowing for carefully securing the data and preservation of additional information alongside images, such as material, thickness, pipe diameter, weld number, exposure parameters, date, time and geographical coordinates of the capture location.

The same software with various pre-installed modules allows for both image acquisition with laptop/tablet from different DR systems, as well as for the interpretation process.
The obtained files are fully protected from editing thanks to encrypted checksums. If a file has been modified or created on a different device, this is indicated by a special symbol on the image.
Pre-installed filters are used to notice all defects with just one click. Fine-tuning of the filter operation parameters is available per the client’s requirements.
Available analysis tools enable measuring the linear dimensions and height of defects, SNR/SNRN automatic evaluation, SRb determination by duplex IQI according to ISO 17636-2, building grey level histogram, etc.
Extensive viewing parameters include image inversion (positive/negative), setting the optimal image brightness and contrast, geometric image transformation (scaling, rotation, mirroring, fragment cutting) and more.
Gluing and stitching functions will make the work with long welds or other large control objects much more convenient.
Markers drawing (signs, text, arrows, etc.) and the possibility of recording all dimensions in the inspection protocol simplify and quicken the reporting process.
With the software, one can export images to BMP, JPEG (8 bit), TIFF (8 or 16 bit) and PNG (8 or 16 bit) formats, as well as print them in 1:1 scale.
